Chinese Han - Zen / Chan - Buddhist family;

They eat simple food like vegetable and fruit
with Chinese tea.

They are not drinking alcohol, smoking and
abusing drug.
3)
They are not commit sexual misconduct or dance
sexy modern western dance or play modern western music but wear clothing until
neck, long pant and long sleeve.
4)
They are not wrong speech: telling lies,
deceiving others, manipulating others, using hurtful words.
5)
They are not fishing, kill life living being and
trap or shoot life living being.
6)
They are not taking what was not given from
others.
7)
They will meditate and focus on emptiness
spiritual world point at the forehead between both eyes. (before breakfast, after lunch and before bed)
8)
They will perform daily walking meditation and
sweeping the floor every morning.
9)
Before taking Breakfast and Lunch, they will say
I taking refuge to Buddha, I taking refuge to Dharma, I taking refuge to
Sangha, I am offering to Buddha, I am offering to Dharma, I am offering to
Sangha, I am offering to all living being.
10)
To prevent greediness grow in spiritual eye,
they promote donation fund to the poor, association and welfare organization.
11)
To prevent hate grow in spiritual eye, they promote
helping hand as volunteering work in nursing home, for family member, for working
place, for public place, for association and for other organization.
12)
To prevent evil and sin grow in spiritual eye,
they will read Han Chinese Great Compassion Mantra, Han Chinese Heart Sutra,
Han Chinese Diamond Sutra, Han Chinese Western Pure-land Sutra, The Twenty-four
Paragons of Filial Piety, understand Confucius and Taoism.
