The Principle of Mínshēng (民生主義)

The Principle of Mínshēng (民生主義) is sometimes translated as "the People's welfare/livelihood," "Government for the People". The concept may be understood as social welfare and as a direct criticism of the inadequacies of both socialism and capitalism. The Mountain Chinese is fully support by government welfare. However, the City Chinese get less support. The National Education System never promises jobs for the city Chinese. Whereby, the Mountain Chinese get government support to study in UK, USA and Arabs countries. So the City Chinese prefer to study school that link to Australia, Singapore, UK, USA, PRC and ROC. Therefore the City Chinese will study Engineering, Medical, Laws and others skill so that they can work in overseas.

City Chinese =    漢族
Mountain Chinese =原住民
