The Principle of Mínzú (民族主義)

The Principle of Mínzú (民族主義)
Original Malaysia Chinese share with UMNO in 1949 was fail and cause Malaysia Chinese internal fight during 1960 and Singapore separated from Malaysia.
The Principle of the People Nationalism is clearly describing a nation rather than a group of persons united by a purpose. Malaysia Malaysian not the Independent groups. To achieve that Malaysia must develop a "Malaysia-nationalism, as opposed to an "ethnic-nationalism," so as to unite all of thedifferent ethnicities of Malaysia, mainly composed by the major groups Buddhist, Muslim, Christian and Hindu. This sense of nationalism is different from the idea of "ethnocentrism," which equates to the same meaning of nationalism in Chinese language. To achieve this believed that Malaysia must develop a "national consciousness" so as to unite the Malaysian. The Malaysian Nationalism was defined by sharing common blood, livelihood, religion, language and customs.
